Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be 21 or older and purchasing for laboratory research use only. Our Research Use Only policy forms part of these terms. You agree not to use any product for human or animal consumption or for any therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic purpose.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for stock, pricing, or compliance reasons. Acceptance is confirmed when we send your order confirmation.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Card payments are processed at checkout through our payment processor’s secure, PCI-compliant hosted form; we never see or store your card number. Any other payment method offered at checkout, and any discount attached to it, is shown at checkout before you place the order. Orders are not fulfilled until payment clears. Package Protection, which covers loss, theft, or damage in transit, is added to each order at 2.5% of the subtotal (minimum 99 cents) and can be removed at checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. See our Shipping Policy for methods, rates, and timing.

5. Testing and re-verification

Every lot is independently third-party tested before release, and lot-specific Certificates of Analysis publish as each lot clears testing. If a delivered lot is independently re-verified within 30 days and tests below its stated identity-purity floor or shows endotoxin above the level reported on its Certificate of Analysis, we provide a refund and replacement. We make no other warranty as to results.

6. Chargebacks

Every shipment is documented. Filing a chargeback on a delivered order violates these terms and will close your account to future orders. If something is wrong, contact support and we will resolve it directly.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the Helion Research name and marks are owned by Helion Research and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is” for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helion Research disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from misuse of a product. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel an order within one hour of placing it by emailing support with your order number. Once an order has shipped, research compounds are not returnable. Incorrect or damaged shipments are handled as set out in our Returns Policy.

10. Governing law and changes
